What to prepare for Judiciary Interview?

One of the primary concerns for many law graduates is to get selected as judges at the early ages of legal practice. I once appeared in judiciary exam conducted by Islamabad High Court and passed it. For the interview I asked inquired more than 50 candidates and found many common questions. I am writing questions below:

- What is settlement?
- what is the process of land acquisition
- what is special oath?
- expiry of rent agreement is a ground for acquittal or not?
- what is summary trial?
- what is charge? How it is framed?
- how trial is conducted by magistrate?
- what is law of relativity?
- can the case be decided on oath in the absense of evidence?
- what is relevant fact and fact in issue?
- what is difference between primary and secondary evidence?
- what is estopple?
- how second appeal is filed?
- what is the remedy if bail is rejected?
