Associate Required for taxation

Firm seeks associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in tax/joint ventures. Exceptional tax knowledge of flow-through entities under Subchapter K and Subchapter S, familiarity with mergers and acquisitions under Subchapter C, transactional experience drafting operating agreements and partnership agreements strongly preferred. Experience drafting real estate joint venture agreements a plus. Top academic credentials required. Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
