Leadership and Motivation by Salman Yousaf Khan

On 14th of June 2015 PEAD Foundation, a renowned NGO hosted an event at Hotel Shelton Green Peshawar. The event was of a workshop on the topic of Leadership. The target audience of the event were youth from different universities of Khyber Pashtunkhwah.

Salman Yousaf Khan was the Trainer in the event. He is a renowned Lawyer, Politician and Social Worker from Islamabad, Pakistan. He can be approached at the following links:-

The presentation of Salman Yousaf Khan was based on slides, leadership examples, video clips and motivational quotes. There were group activities and presentations also part of the session. The session was very much energetic and interactive. At the end of session there was question answer session.


The main purpose of the event was to motivate the Youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It was an event by which the motivation level of youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwah was increased. Pakistan is a country suffering because of poor leadership for last many decades. Such kind of events are always helpful in the nation building for future of Pakistan.

Profile : Muhammad Ahsan

Muhammad Ahsan is a human rights activist working in the social sector for more than 4 years. He won award from British Council in 2011 for his project "Education for All". Later on he formed an organization named as Seed Pakistan (Social Excellence in Education Development) with Laila Zuberi, a renowned TV actress. 

Muhammad Ahsan is now founder of two more social sector organizations. He founded Journey For Life (JFL NGO www.jflpakistan.org) in the year 2012 at PindiGheb, Attock, Pakistan. He has arranged several medical camps under that organization in the poor communities. 

Muhammad Ahsan is also founder of The Pleaders Trust (www.thepleaders.com). He is working on the projects named as Promote Pakistan Project (www.promotepakistanproject.com, Legal Awareness Project (www.internationallawyer.info), Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), Right to Information (RTI) and so on.

Muhammad Ahsan is a team worker, friend and enthusiastic person. He is honest and a man of vision. That is why he gets good support wherever he moves for community work in Pakistan.

Profile : Raza Mustafa Khokar

Raza Mustafa Khokhar is one of the most volatile and energetic Human Rights Activists of Pakistan. He is in the social sector for more than a decade. He is a friendly, exciting and hard working kind of social worker.

Raza Mustafa Khokhar is one of the forerunners of Promote Pakistan Project (www.promotepakistanproject.com) . He is working with his full dedication to entrepreneur the youth of Pakistan. 

Raza Mustafa Khokhar is Chief Coordinator at The Pleaders Trust (www.thepleaders.com) and similarly he is the chief organizer for Journey For Life (JFL NGO)(www.jflpakistan.org). He is very famous among all the social sector organizations of Pakistan because of his social, vocal and charismatic personality. 

Raza Mustafa Khokar is a man of vision, class and charisma. He has done plenty of work on Right to Information, Legal Awareness, Local Government System, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Women Rights, Children Rights, Youth Development and so on. He also founder Civil Lines Club many years ago and managed its affairs successfully. One of the best things about Raza is that he is always keenly interested to explore new avenues of life. That is why he is loved in the social sector organizations of Pakistan.
