Family Cases can be filed in Islamabad during Corona
Courts all around Pakistan are operational to the extent of Bails and Stay Orders only. However, Islamabad Bar has succeeded in arranging and introducing e-courts in Islamabad with the help of District Judiciary. Now all kinds of cases can be filed and proceeded in court of Islamabad.
Cases can be filed through emails. The parties are required to submit all documents at the time of filing of case. Hearing on the same can be conducted on Skype or Google Meeting. Since it is a new innovation in our legal system its pros and cons will be evident after experimentation.
