Retainership Policy
We offer legal services in shape of retainership contracts to our customers also. In a retainership the employer can hire us for an indefinite period of time depending upon the provisions of the agreement. There is usually a monthly retainership fee which the customer has to pay. In return we offer all kinds of legal assistance and legal backing to our customer in his/her legal matters.We offer domestic retainerships in Pakistan as well as international retairnerships as we offer all kinds of possible legal solutions over the internet.There is also a visitation fee which the customer has to pay whenever he/she requires special attendance from one of our attorneys. Similarly for outstation traveling for dealing in any kind of litigation the customer has to offer TADA and logistic support where possible. We are very much flexible in making terms clear with our customers before signing retainership agreements so that there is no ambiguity at later stages.
