SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN BECOMES MEMBER OF AACC.
Dated: 4-July-2012 Supreme Court of Pakistan has become the member of AACC, Association
Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC). The members of AACC in its meeting of May 2012 held in Seoul, Republic of Korea have unanimously accepted the membership of Supreme Court of Pakistan. The meeting was attended by delegations of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea, the Federal Court of Malaysia, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The respective delegations were led by Justice Harjono, President Kang-Kook LEE, Judge Zulkefli AHMAD MAKINUDIN, Acting Chairman Navaanperenlei JANTSAN, President Valery ZORKIN, Justice Karim KARIMOV, President Wasan SOYPISUDH, President Hasim KILIC and Acting Chairman Bakhtiyar MIRBABAEV.
