Boston Office Manager Job

Must  be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Our client, a Boston law firm, is looking for an Office Manager. Duties for this position would include:

Billing, A/R, A/P and cash management- including Escrow accounting.
Generating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Interfacing with CPA.
Payroll and Benefits Administration.
Information Systems and facilities management.
In addition to proficiency in Word and Excel, a successful candidate should have the following:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be a team player.
QuickBooks experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
