Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- BSN required with plans to obtain a Master’s Degree
- 3+ years supervisory or management experience required
- Scrub/circulator experience required
- CNOR preferred but not required
- Managements/leadership experience in a teaching or university hospital or at a large Level I Trauma Center
Job Summary:
The Director of the Main Operating Room (Nurse Manager) assumes direct responsibility over the Main OR and its employees. Will be responsible for the planning, functioning, and operations of the department on a 24-hour basis. Will report to the Surgical Services Director. 13,000 procedures/year.
