Technical Software Recuiter Required in Corporate Environment

At least 5-8 years of technical recruiting and sourcing

Combination of agency & corporate recruiting a plus

Experience working with hiring managers and assessing needs

Strong written and verbal skills

Strong negotiation skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Self-starter

Ability to work with a sense of urgency

Ability to prioritize changing workloads

Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment

Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
