Role: Network Engineer
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6 Months +
Job Description:
Must possess deep, in-depth knowledge and experience of networking LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies. Also design and configuration of large-scale voice and/or data networking infrastructures (e.g., Routers, Firewalls, VPNs, Servers, VOIP technologies, switches, telecommunications facilities).
Must have a solid understanding of distributed systems architecture and their operating systems in addition to network management systems.
Must have expert troubleshooting proficiency with voice and data infrastructure (e.g., Routers, Switches, and VOIP technologies) and network securities (e.g., Firewall, and IDS).
Must have expert proficiency with dynamic routing protocols (EIGRP, and BGP)-and-amp; Cisco ASA Firewalls.
5-7 years work experience in a network infrastructure/network environment and distributed systems environment is required.
Must have experience working in a large, complex corporate environment.
Certifications preferred CCNA, CCNP or CCDP
