Job Summary

This position handles all components of post-award grant/contract management including compliance, reporting, and education of grant/contract information to staff and external parties.  This role develops and manages policies and procedures for compliance, processes and technology, and is responsible for the training and education of staff on grant-related issues.  The position will serve as primary point of contact for all external and internal questions regarding post-award grant/contract management and grant reporting.  The Compliance Officer also ensures that the organization is informed of its obligations and that controls are established and maintained to support compliance.  This position works closely with management to meet reporting requirements outlined by grant making entities.  Ability to develop implementation and tracking processes, train staff, work collaboratively, pull and analyze reports and other relevant data, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines are all required.
